Wrapping up the final weekend of AAPI Heritage Month. Weekend 5 and of course, we saved one of the best for last.
One of our most loved collaborations is back this week: Happy Gut featuring their incredibly loved braised pork belly wrapped in our flaky pastry. Honestly, it’s a win every single time.

It’s been such an honor celebrating AAPI Heritage Month through both savory and sweet pastries. This is our 4th year creating pastries that pay homage to our roots and the roots of our friends throughout the AAPI community. What started as an idea has become a yearly tradition. One we’re incredibly proud to continue as we grow alongside this community that continues to support and inspire us. 🧡
