I have been decorating cakes for over 10 years. I love getting creative with my decorating, and can I specialize in buttercream cakes.

Although I do offer fondant cakes as well, almost all of the cakes I make are frosted with buttercream. Using the latest techniques of cake decorating, I get my frosting so smooth that you and your guests will be shocked to know that your cake is frosted with buttercream! The theme for our Cupcake War was "Food" this time. We had a big variety-- from fresh fruits and veggies like oranges, raspberries, and carrots, to spaghetti & meatballs, ice cream, and all sorts of other yummy looking cupcakes!

Just wrapped up the last Cupcake Camp of the summer! Half of these kiddos were returning campers, and it is always so fun to see their growth over the years.

Cupcake Camp, Part 1: We've had so much fun at cupcake camp this week!! We learned how to add a perfect swirl of frosting to decorate, how to fill cupcakes with yummy fillings, how to decorate with buttercream, and how to make cute fondant toppers.
