I absolutely had to get on here and post the amazing dessert Victoria has prepared for France’s this weekend!! 🥳

Let’s give her a great big welcome to Frances’. She isn’t just taking my place she is continuing my story that I could not and I know she will take it further than I ever could. She is not just filling my shoes, she will outgrown them time and time again, and I couldn’t be more proud. 🥰.

Dear Friends,

This is a message I never imagined I would have to write.

Due to an upcoming surgery, I will be stepping away from baking. While this surgery is necessary, it also means my time in the kitchen — doing what I have loved with my whole heart — is coming to an end.

Baking for you has never just been a business to me. Every pie crust rolled, every cheesecake baked, every recipe perfected has been made with pure love. You have supported me, encouraged me, and trusted me to be part of your holidays, birthdays, weddings, and any ordinary ol day 😊— and that has meant more than I can ever express.

But here is the beautiful part.

My daughter — who has worked beside me, learned every recipe, every technique, and every little secret over the years — will be taking over the baking indefinitely. She has grown up in this kitchen. She knows our standards, our traditions, and most importantly, the heart behind everything we create.

While my hands may be stepping back, the love and quality you’ve come to expect will absolutely continue.

Thank you for allowing me to do what I love for so many years. This isn’t goodbye to my baking— it’s simply the next chapter for her. Please show her all love and welcome you’ve always given to me.
