CF gives both veteran & beginners the opportunity to immerse themselves into the dance community. Not only do we perform at various dance competitions like Urban Street Jam, Fusion, and All Cal, but we also bring in guest choreographers from outside the Riverside Area to train, such as people from teams l

ike GRV, Common Ground, Choreo Cookies, Hall of Fame, and Barkada Modern. We welcome dancers of all levels as long as you're willing to learn! Dance workshops are hosted every season.

Here are the updated for our audition day this Saturday! We ask that all auditionees come with either a proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test from no more than 3 days prior.

The most important thing I learned from Collective Faction is that I enjoy when others have fun with dance or whatever they’re doing. Having fun is the most important part of dancing in my opinion. That has translated into my life and I reevaluate it often to make sure if I am having fun in the moment.

Let’s give a warm welcome to our next Advisor… Frances Abalos!! 🤩

This is Frances! Shehas known CF since gen 4 and graduated from UCR back in 2019. She now works as a Parent/Family Specialist & Mental Health Promoter for Asian Pacific Counseling and Treatment Centers SSG.
-
For her, CF has always had a special and irreplaceable place in her heart. It’s where she found her best friends and where her love for dance grew.

Her advice to others who are interested in joining dance is to go for it, even if you feel nervous or scared, you’ll be supported by those in the community.
