Today we spent the day at the New Orleans riverfront enjoying the Tall Ships celebration for Sail 250. They started the celebration right here in our port.
It was incredible seeing all the tall ships up close, but the highlight for me was getting to step aboard the Gloria from Cartagena, Colombia. That moment meant so much to me—my mother is from Colombia, and my cousin once served aboard that very ship. It felt personal in the best way.
We also enjoyed a beautiful ferry ride across the Mississippi, taking in the views and just enjoying time together as a family. Simple, meaningful, and unforgettable.
Grateful for days like this and the memories we get to share.
