Can I let you in on one of my favorite little bakery secrets?
Our brioche buns are a little different than most. Traditional brioche is made with commercial yeast. Ours isn’t.
Because I’m allergic to commercial yeast, you’ll never find it in anything we bake. Instead, our brioche is made with 100% natural sourdough fermentation. It takes longer, requires a lot more patience, and absolutely refuses to be rushed… but the flavor and texture are worth every minute.
Soft, buttery, rich, and somehow even better knowing there isn’t a single shortcut involved. Over the years, our brioche has quietly become one of the biggest fan favorites at our stand. It’s the item people ask about before they even make it to the table.
So here’s the good news:
🎉 Sourdough Brioche Hamburger Buns and Brat Buns will be available every Saturday through the end of June… at least. 🤣
And if you want our completely unbiased professional opinion, the ultimate market move is grabbing a pack of brat buns from us and a package of brats from The Walnut Hill Farm. We’re not saying it’ll change your life… but we’re also not not saying that. 🤤
