Not to start any market drama, but Raspberry Pie Cookies have made their return! 😋🥧

You know the ones. Soft sourdough cookies filled with homemade raspberry preserves made from raspberries grown right here in our own patch.

Sweet. Tart. A little nostalgic. And somehow they always seem to disappear faster than we expect.

We’ll have Raspberry Pie Cookies at the market this weekend and next weekend only, so if you’ve been waiting for their return, now’s your chance.

While you’re planning your market haul, preorders are still available (till Thursday at 5pm) for our regular menu - just a reminder that we no longer take preorders through Facebook messenger - this is the only way to ensure you snag your goodies:

Can I let you in on one of my favorite little bakery secrets?

Our brioche buns are a little different than most. Traditional brioche is made with commercial yeast. Ours isn’t.

Because I’m allergic to commercial yeast, you’ll never find it in anything we bake. Instead, our brioche is made with 100% natural sourdough fermentation. It takes longer, requires a lot more patience, and absolutely refuses to be rushed… but the flavor and texture are worth every minute.

Soft, buttery, rich, and somehow even better knowing there isn’t a single shortcut involved. Over the years, our brioche has quietly become one of the biggest fan favorites at our stand. It’s the item people ask about before they even make it to the table.

So here’s the good news:

🎉 Sourdough Brioche Hamburger Buns and Brat Buns will be available every Saturday through the end of June… at least. 🤣

And if you want our completely unbiased professional opinion, the ultimate market move is grabbing a pack of brat buns from us and a package of brats from The Walnut Hill Farm. We’re not saying it’ll change your life… but we’re also not not saying that. 🤤

Find us every Saturday from 8 AM-Noon at the Hudson Farmers Market on CARMICHAEL and come see what all the brioche fuss is about. 🌼🍔🌭

One week from today and we are back in our ‘happy place’ 🥹

Same spot. Same crew. Same Saturday morning magic that somehow feels like summer showed up early.

If you were around last season, you know how this goes…we sell out (and we sell out EARLY!).

Well, we’ve got your back this year. You can now lock in your regular favorites ahead of time and just stroll up Saturday knowing your goods are waiting for you. No guessing. No hoping. No settling.

Real talk… some flavors have a habit of disappearing early, and we’d hate for you to miss out on your go-to (cough cough… French onion 👀)

Preorders stay open until 5pm every Thursday for Saturday pickup. This link will be live all season long so you don’t have to go an entire week without your favorites.
