Hello, my sweet TLC friends!

I have missed you! I genuinely thought I would have had several pop-ups this summer already, but I tell you what - my plate has been plentyyyy full AND it’s been really, really refreshing to have actual time to enjoy the season β˜€οΈ

That being said, I have my surgery officially scheduled for the first week of August and I think we’re about due for a πŸͺ bake, yes? Yes!

I know, I know..I teased that there might be a cookie bake this weekend πŸ˜… But between this HOT weather and a special order I’m working on for tomorrow, I decided not to add one more thing to my plate.

So instead, I’m taking a cue from the Founding Fathers and declaring my independence from overcommitting πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ˜‚

I hope you’re spending the day exactly how you want to whether that’s at the pool, at a barbecue, watching fireworks, curled up in the AC, or simply enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

Even though a stick of Kerrygold butter wasn’t on my 2026 cake bingo card, I’m obsessed 🀩 The vintage piping, the bright colors, the bows..I love every bit of it!

It’s pretty, it’s fun, it’s a little ridiculous, and somehow it’s also one of my favorite cakes I’ve ever made 😌

June’s birthday of the month treat is big fun! It’s a red velvet brownie cheesecake base - which is enough and delicious on its own…BUT I just had to add some fresh whipped cream, ganache drizzle, and a mini red velvet cupcake 🀀

This month’s winner said some of her favorites are red velvet, cheesecake, and cupcakes - so she gets all three 😊

I have two extra boxes, with 3 bars each! $15 per box
