A little video about my week! Side note: I prepped and baked 136 total loaves, 10 dozen cookies and several scores. I couldnā€™t have asked for a better dough prep and bake week. Iā€™ve also had to put in extra days and hours at my office the past few weeks and have been so overwhelmed running the residential dept again after 10 years but I have just felt and seen God in all of it all week! I couldnā€™t do any of this without His strength and guidanceā€¦to Him be allll the Glory! šŸ’›šŸ™šŸ¼ Thanks for listening!

Dough day! Had a light week, 39 loaves, 21 focaccias, 14 pizzas! Decided to play with a few new flavor ideas. I double wrapped two for the cold proof because the last time I made this one it stunk up my fridge! Was afraid the scent would contaminate my other loaves šŸ˜! Any guesses what it might be? Stay tuned and youā€™ll find out! Iā€™m looking for some new flavor ideas! Thoughts??

Good Friday šŸ¤

Sourdough has a way of teaching patienceā€”you canā€™t rush the process, and so much of the work happens quietly, unseen.

Today is a reminder of that kind of faith. Of sacrifice, of waiting, and trusting that something greater is unfolding even when we canā€™t yet see it.

Grateful for the process, both in the bread and in life. Wishing you a peaceful and meaningful Good Friday.
