I absolutely love how these two apple pies turned out! ✝️🐣
You can find them tomorrow at Back in Thyme Homestead Bakery market day! Open from 10am-4pm. There will also be a dozen loaves of artisan bread available, in four different flavors; plain, jalapeño cheese, everything bagel, and cranberry walnut.

‼️I will have sourdough artisan bread available Saturday 12/20/25! (Plain, jalapeno cheese, and orange + cranberry + pecan) Will meet in Ripley that morning (time and place TBA). The orange + cranberry + pecan loaves are very limited!‼️

✨Orange + Cranberry Sourdough Artisan Loaf✨

Update: this evening was hectic. I got distracted and forgot to turn the temp down on my oven, so the outside of the loaves got a little dark. I did one loaf with just orange and cranberry, and the other included pecans and white chocolate chips. I love the pecans with the orange and cranberry 🤌🏻 but not so sure about the white chocolate. Overall, I really like this loaf!

Okay y’all… I’m thinking about squeezing in a small pop-up sale next Friday 12/19 (late evening) or Saturday 12/20 (morning). I’m thinking bread and maybe cinnamon rolls. So two questions:

1. How many would be interested?

Today is DOUGH DAY!!! It’s been a while, but I’m back at it, mixing up bread dough and cookie dough today. I am planning to have artisan sourdough (plain, jalapeño cheese, and everything bagel), chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, and maybe chocolate muffins this Friday (9/26) at the Ripley Community Market

Just wanted to jump on my page and give a little update…. Thank you all for your patience, I know I’ve been MIA recently, but my time has been focused on my sweet mamaw and family. The past week and a half has been a blur, and I’ve been trying to be with my mamaw as much as possible. Praise to God, she has been doing much better the last few days 🙌🏻🙏🏻
🌾 I hope to get back to the market in the next week or so. I will try to keep everyone posted when that might be. Until then, please keep my mamaw in your thoughts and prayers. At nearly 97 years old, she is the toughest woman I know 💛💪🏻
