First batch of Ranch Fest test recipes, fresh out of the oven
- Red chile pecan pie
- Green chile apple crumble
- Peach cobbler (just like my granny used to make)

Whipped cream and more treats to come in the morning

In the kitchen this weekend to celebrate my youngest kiddo’s boyfriend 🫶🏻
Cannoli cheesecake with ricotta whipped cream, topped with mini lemon & pistachio cannolis (thank you World Market)

Hey friends!! I just signed up for my first 2026 event! Ranch fest will be in April ❤️

When I think Ranch, I think rustic delicious treats…..like cobblers & pies. What are your thoughts when you hear ranch fest and think of baked goods?

Mom said she’d flip for chocolate — I understood the assignment 🍫

Chocolate cake with chocolate chips, filled with whipped white chocolate ganache tinted to match Everest, Poppy’s favorite Paw Patrol character. Frosted with vanilla buttercream and piped with matching white chocolate ganache around the cake for extra fun

The birthday girl also mentioned cherry — not usually her flavor — so I added a maraschino cherry simple syrup for just a hint of cherry that complements the chocolate without stealing the show

Thank you for allowing me to make the day a little sweeter!!

My baby turned 21 yesterday!! It’s crazy how fast time flies.

3 layers of gluten free vanilla cake, with 2 types of buttercream (disclaimer: I can provide gf treats but I am not exclusively a gluten free kitchen)

I also made my first charcuterie board
