Just a heads up that summer hours will be scarce. The breads hold up nicely when frozen. If you’d like to place orders for bread to get you through some of the summer, please do so as soon as possible but definitely before June 23!
Baguettes are frozen whole, then placed in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Boules and bagels can be presliced and frozen in an airtight container. Toast each slice as you normally would.
