Today’s bake is a Roasted Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough, and y’all… the smell alone is worth making it. Sharp cheddar melted throughout the loaf, roasted jalapeños adding just the right amount of flavor, and that beautiful golden crust with a soft, airy crumb inside.

There’s something magical about taking a few simple ingredients and turning them into a loaf that’s both comforting and packed with personality. Whether it’s toasted with butter, paired with a bowl of soup, or used for the ultimate grilled cheese, like Texas grilled cheese!

This one is for the dark chocolate lovers.

Rich cocoa artisan sourdough with deep bittersweet chocolate notes, a soft moist crumb, and pockets of melted dark chocolate throughout. Rustic, bold, slightly indulgent, and handcrafted from start to finish.

Not overly sweet.
Not cake.
Not fudge.

Just a cozy artisan loaf with that rich dark cocoa flavor that pairs perfectly with coffee, espresso, or a quiet late-night snack.

This loaf was definitely a labor of love and experimentation, but honestly… I think we may have created something special over here. 🤎🍞

Tonight’s comfort food creation…
A homemade Cheddar Bay sourdough loaf inspired by those famous Red Lobster biscuits — cheesy, buttery, garlicky, soft on the inside with the perfect crust. 🧄🧀🥖

Served warm with a hot creamy crab dip and honestly… I may never recover from how good this combo was. Coastal cozy food at its finest. 🌊✨

The tang from the sourdough with that cheddar bay flavor? Absolute perfection.

Another sourdough loaf fresh out of the oven and this one rose HUGE! 🍞✨ Soft, tender, and topped with sesame seeds for that perfect little crunch. Now comes the hardest part… waiting the full 2 hours before slicing into it. 😩

This loaf would be absolutely incredible paired with creamy goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and balsamic reduction. Simple, cozy, and full of flavor. ❤️
