You may have noticed, my Mastering Royal Icing classes are now available to sign up for. There are 2 classes, one January 17, 2026 and the next is January 24, 2026. Both are 9am to noon.
During these classes we will make royal icing, color it, and get it to 3 different consistencies to help you decorate 3 woodland gnome cookies. This class allows you the opportunity to ask all of your questions to help you with making your own icing at home.
You'll also get a swag bag with a few goodies you'll need to make your own royal icing.

If you asked me what 2 pieces of equipment I need to have in my cookie business, this would be my response: the heat sealer and the projector.
Why? I want you to receive your cookies with the greatest freshness longevity possible and I want everything legible and centered.
There are other things I love having in my "tool chest", but I would be lost without the heat sealer and projector. I actually keep new "back-ups" of these items in my closet, just in case...
What about you? What would you miss the most if you didn't have it?
