There’s fresh canned black bean and corn salsa on the shelves today, I think it’s pretty spicy, but I’m sure my future son-in-law would say it’s not that hot Sue lol

I’ve decided to start opening my roadside stand on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only. I haven’t been getting enough traffic on Thursdays and I don’t want to have a lot of waste.  This will start this week so I will not be open tomorrow but Friday at noon everything will be set up and ready to go.
Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks again for all the loyal customers that I’ve been getting. It’s just the weekends are a lot better than weekdays. 
I’ll post a menu tomorrow of what I’ll have this weekend.

The roadside stand is opened for the day. I baked fresh jalapeño cheddar cornbread this morning, and two loaves of plain artisan bread and two loaves of Italian herbs and spices bread last night.
There’s cookies, brownies, pickles, salsa, pickled veggies, apple butter, and plenty of different jams on the shelves also.
Stop out for a homemade goodie if you’re in the area.

I won’t be opening up the roadside stand today because of the predicted rain this afternoon however I will be open tomorrow Monday for Memorial Day with plenty of fresh baked goods and some fresh canned bread and butter pickles and a lot more.
