They are all claimed now! 🍪🩷
Its a clean out my freezer cookie dough stash day!! I have about 20 random boxes of cookies available for pickup tomorrow in Ridgeway only. 🙌🏼 The boxes are $23/box and include one dozen random cookies. Comment below to claim a box! Must be able to pick up tomorrow (8/31) in Ridgeway. I will do my best to catch what comments come in first and I will update this post when they are all claimed. I will message you to confirm you got a box. A list of cookie flavors you could see in your box are listed below.

It’s time to order your September cookies 🤩 Link is at the bottom of this post. Flavors are peanut butter white chocolate chip, oatmeal scotchie, funfetti, and chocolate chocolate chip. Cookies are $25/dozen and you can mix and match the flavors. You can also purchase a four cookie box that includes one of each flavor on the menu for $9.

Pickup will be available in Ridgeway, Decorah, Sumner, and the Cedar Falls area. Cookies will get to the CF area the weekend of September 19th/20th. Pickups will change in October but for right now they are the same as they have always been.

A little life update from behind the cookies. ❤️🍪

If you’ve been around for a while, you know Just One More Cookie Co. started during a really different chapter of my life. I started baking as I was learning how to navigate grief and figure out what life looked like after losing my fiancé, Isaac.

What started as a creative outlet and a little bit of joy eventually became this not-so-little cookie business that I’ve poured so much of myself into. Every order, customer, and person who has supported this business has meant more to me than you probably realize.

And now, life is changing again — in a really beautiful way. ❤️

I’m getting married to Steve! 💍 And with that comes another big change — I’ll be moving to Sumner.

I know what some of you are probably wondering…

“But what does that mean for the cookies?!”

Don’t worry. The cookies are absolutely not going anywhere. 🍪

Once I move, I’ll be shifting to a schedule where I focus on one town each week of the month.

For example:

🍪 Week 1 — Cresco
🍪 Week 2 — Decorah
🍪 Week 3 — Sumner
🍪 Week 4 — CF

Each month’s menu will include the pickup town, date, time, and location, so you’ll know exactly when and where to pick up your cookies. Pickup will be during that designated time.

Special orders — weddings, birthdays, showers, events, etc. — will still be handled individually and scheduled separately.

It feels pretty special that I get to take this business with me into this next chapter.

Isaac will always be part of the story of how Just One More Cookie Co. came to be. This business wouldn’t exist without that season of my life, and I’ll always be grateful for everything it gave me when I needed it most.

And now I get to build something new with Steve — and somehow, this cookie business gets to come along for the ride. ❤️

Thank you for supporting my little business, ordering my cookies, telling your friends about them, and letting me be part of your birthdays, weddings, celebrations, and ordinary Tuesday treats.

Now…I just need to figure out where all these cookie supplies are going to fit in the new house and how to keep Steve out of the cookie dough stash! 😂🍪

Isaac 3.0 Box update! I have about 60% of the boxes scheduled for pickup. 🙌🏼 Thank you for being patient with me if you haven’t heard from me. It’s taking me a little longer this year to get the schedule complete. In prior years I would spend a lot of my weekends baking for big cookie pickups. This year I’m trying to leave my weekends mostly cookie free so I can balance all of my favorite things.💛 So far it’s working out pretty good. By the end of May I will have baked just over 100 Isaac Boxes and delivered 92 dozen grad party cookies 🤩 For June I plan to do 120ish Isaac boxes and I have about 80 dozen cookies to bake for weddings! The remainder of the Isaac boxes will be scheduled for July and a few of you in August. If you haven’t been scheduled yet, and have a date in July or August that you want your cookies for, feel free to message me.

I have 40% of the boxes scheduled… slowly but surely I’m getting there. 🤪 May is booked solid and I’ve got a good start on June now. If you haven’t heard from me yet, you will over the next few weeks. I start my graduation party orders next week and I’m so excited to get them all delivered! 👩🏼‍🎓

To all the sweet moms out there, Happy Mother’s Day weekend! I hope you feel so loved not only this weekend, but every single day. Enjoy the weekend! ☀️💐🍪💕

I baked all of my freezer cookie dough stash today so it’s time for a cookie flash sale! 🥳🍪 You must be able to pickup in Ridgeway tomorrow (5/1) or Saturday (5/2). Please comment “SOLD” on the picture of the box you would like. First person to comment gets the box and I will update as things get sold. I will message you to confirm you got the box. Price and cookie flavors are in the description on each picture. Good luck! 🍪🩷
