Chocolate chip cookies. If you REALLY want these to have that chewy, toffee flavor, I have two recommendations:
-instead of using brown sugar, use white sugar plus 1 tsp of molasses in its place. Essentially that’s what brown sugar is anyhow. Not to be confused with raw sugar!
-leave the cookie dough in the fridge for at least 48 hours before baking. This will give the chance for the flavors to marry and do all the science-y things they do.
