And amongst our array of homemade desserts today: the mascarpone cheesecake and my new favorite, the chocolate hazelnut mousse cake with chocolate and toasted hazelnut shortbread crust and Ghirardelli ganache. Stupidly delicious.

In addition to our regular menu, we have fried catfish and shrimp in a Cajun cream sauce with Bloody Butcher grits and braised kale and collards from B & R Farm Produce in Craigsville.

A delicious chicken Philly with sautéed peppers and onions on a house baked hoagie roll.

And an Orange Dream cocktail with vodka, fresh squeezed OJ, and coconut cream.

Oh, and this decadent Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Cake with a ground hazelnut chocolate shortbread crust and a Ghirardelli chocolate ganache on top.
