HOLIDAY SCHEDULE!

Hey y’all! Here is our schedule for this weekend. We will be CLOSED Thursday and Friday to give our staff a much needed break. We will be back Saturday morning for all your bagel needs.

Preordered Holiday Lox Boxes will be ready for pickup on Wednesday from 8-2

We will also have plenty of bagels and treats on Wednesday as well as our 96 oz Coffee Hero’s available if you need a little extra ☕️

Fall herbs including sage, thyme, and parsley, layered with sweet roasted apples. This one is a great addition to any of our sandwiches, but is phenomenal on its own. 🌿

We know the marathon is making traffic a challenge so take advantage of our online orders today. Here until 2pm!

Alright y’all, the support since online ordering launched has been overwhelming, and we love it! 🖤

We have been upping our 🥯 numbers every week, though with any product that takes three days to make, there is a slight lag before they make it up front.

That said, with a couple new bakers in the back, 👋 we are baking more bagels this weekend than we ever have before!

🎉Happy SIX MONTHS open! 🎉

It’s hard to believe, but it has been SIX months since this photo was taken, the night before we opened. We were running on 3 hours of sleep and had no idea how the next day would go.

Our soft opening weekend was CRAZY, and it hasn’t stopped since. We have had a blast over the last few months and we couldn’t have done it without y’all coming out and supporting the shop.

Hand-rolled sourdough bagels, slow proofed, kettle boiled, always👌
