Working on Mini Cookie Cakes for Ashland Train Day! We’re going to have a bunch of items in these cute 4-inch tins with sporks so it will be easy to eat on the go or save for later.

We’ll also be bringing some of our staples like Lemon Mini Tarts, Orange Ricotta Pound Cakes, Decorated Focaccia Bread, Pretzels, and more!

Today, we’re figuring out the designs for our Mini Cookie Cakes for ASHLAND TRAIN DAY!

We’ve got the flavors figured out, now we have to figure out what to add on top with the buttercream.

Classic DOH! chocolate chip cookie cake, strawberry and white chocolate cookie cake, peanut butter chip cookie cake, and Cherry-pecan-dark chocolate chip cookie cake. A little vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ganache buttercream added on the top.
