Hello fans of creations by Claire! I have some good news and bad news, I have gotten a job! I’m baking bread at great harvest bakery. The sad news is I won’t have as much time to bake for you all. I so greatly appreciate everyone’s business and all the wonderfull feedback on my rescipies. If you do need a baked good or two please don’t hesitate to reach out, it just may take a little longer to get things out to everyone.

Valentines day is right around the corner! The pandemic may put a damper on going to that fancy restaurant, so why not let me take care of your Valentines day dinner and goodies! For dinner I have some amazing soup and bread bowl dinners for two (silky Butternut carrot or delicious Tomato Red Pepper with Smoked Gouda). Between Red Velvet Cookies (I almost ate them all before getting some photos), Red Velvet Cinnamon Rolls, and Red Velvet cinnamon Bobka (if you cant tell there may be a theme), let me provide your Valentines day indulgences!

Macrons were definitely one of the more challenging baking projects, but so rewarding in the end! When else can you scarf down an entire batch of French Macrons just because you can! Why not order a batch? I am happy to mix and match flavors as well (2 flavors for 12, 3 for 24)
