Hello everyone! I just wanted to share a little about myself and the cheesecakes since I have recently gained some new followers!
My name is Alexis! I am currently working full time as a registered behavior technician and part time as a basic life support instructor. I am also a full time graduate student at Ball State University. I make/sell cheesecakes on the side in my spare time.
Most of my cakes require 48 hours to make. I also have to make sure I have the materials and time needed to make each individual cake. Due to this, I ask for at least 5 days notice for simple cake orders. Some cheesecakes require ingredients that I have to special order and may take longer to come in. As with all orders, dates are first come, first serve with the time I have to make them.
I appreciate every single one of you that has taken the time to engage with my page, make an order, or leave a review. I bake because I absolutely love it, and while I don’t have a full bakery, I love making treats for people when I can.
