I’m back y’all ☺️ Still recovering, but I am strong enough to open SB&C back up!

I’ve been spending my down time refining my pâtisserie skills & made this yummy sweet on Sunday.

Opéra Cake is a classic French cake made with layers of Jaconde, French coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache, and perfected with a chocolate glaze.
