DON’T BE A FRUIT CAKE HATER.
It’s time to start my almost famous fruit cakes and fruit cake cookies.
If you like cherries, pineapple, pecans, and a little shot of the good stuff, you are gonna love my fruit cake. I make my own candied fruit. Fresh is always best.
Are they cheap, nope. Are they worth it, yep!
This is the first batch candied fruits but there will be about 6 more before it’s done. Just waiting on these to dry and they will be ready to store until baking day.
