It may not be the breakfast of champions, but it sure is a good pick-me-up for an overstimulated mom trying to clean the house and put away Christmas while the kids are home. Leftover coffee from yesterday, and fresh baked baklava. Yum!

My kitchen was warm today from all the baking, and my sourdough grew out of its container 😬 So, I made some drop garlic cheddar biscuits with discard to go with dinner! My cinnamon pecan loaf is almost ready to cold ferment, and will hopefully be the perfect breakfast tomorrow. Also, I rested for a bui while one of the cats decided to nap on top of me!
