Yes folks, we’ve moved from North Richland where the Trattoria was located to Queensgate and Keene. Expected opening late this week, pending final inspections! We’ll start with our coffee/pastries/limited food items, and add in alcohol and more in coming weeks. Look for a post when all inspections have passed! Also, we plan to phase out this Ethos Bakery page soon, so if you haven't already "liked" our Ethos Bakery & Cafe page, head on over and do so for all the latest news.

To celebrate our upcoming soft opening and in appreciation for all of you who have supported us through the years, we’re offering a gift card special this week only (through Saturday, January 20)! Ethos will serve its signature pizzas, as well as sandwiches, salads and soups. It also expanded its pastry offerings and hopes to start selling bread.

5 years ago last Saturday, Oct 1, we sold our first pizza ever. What’s a business to do when they’re closed on their birthday? Celebrate birthday week, of course! We also missed commemorating the 1st birthday of the Trattoria on August 1, so it’s a double celebration. Come join the party with us! All specials available at Ethos Trattoria.
