Has anyone noticed the leaves changing already, or perhaps that hint of chill in the morning air?? Fall may be right around the corner, but we still have late-summer seasonal flavors! You'll get sick of pumpkin soon enough so enjoy the bountiful and peak season produce with us while you can☀️

It’s Fair Week! Who's heading out to the Benton Franklin Fair this week for that annual summer tradition? 🎪

While we may not have a Ferris Wheel, we DO have an elote (street corn) croissant (our newest seasonal croissant!), pull-apart monkey bread (funnel cake-esque), and several different flavors of scones (for those Fair Scone flavors found at the Washington State Fair)!🎠

✨Stop by either Ethos location to fuel up before a fun-filled day at the fairgrounds!🎡

With our team transitions happening, we're also looking to add to our bakery team! Preference for experienced candidates...

With our team transitions happening, we're also looking to add to our bakery team!

Preference for experienced candidates, especially in naturally leavened baking🍞, using freshly milled flours🌾, and/or laminated doughs🥐. Self taught baker over here🙋‍♀️, and also we have limited training capacity these days so folks who can jump right into the "mix" of things (ok maybe not literally haha, see what we did there🤣) are ideal.

Bake club is BACK! We took July off because summer vacations and Art in the Park had us all BUSY. But we're back this Saturday, August 22, at 3pm! This month's theme: No Bake Bake Club!

Yes, we recognize daily highs are still in the hi 90s, and the smoke makes it worse, so instead of adding to the heat we're going to create and share our favorite no-bake items. Think: old school jello pie, maybe a no bake cookie, panna cotta, trifle, puddings, oh my! 🍮🍨

We agreed that no bake does not equal no cook, so stove top cooking is allowed :)

New seasonal salad alert!🚨🥗

A fresh and colorful Greek inspired salad. No need to worry about the Cyclospora illness with this lettuce!🥬 Our greens are locally sourced from in Walla Walla and free of that pesky parasite!🙌

The salad consists of mixed greens, topped with ’s colorful tomatoes, fresh sliced persian cucumbers (also specialty , tangy feta cheese, roasted chickpeas, and a creamy ranch dill dressing.🥗
