🥳Birthday Month continues!! The big party is THIS Saturday, October 10, with SO many fun activities planned!

🪩 Party starts at Parkway, 8-10am, with our Birthday Bakery Rave: will be spinning tunes, we'll have free mini chocolate croissants (while supplies last), and free (espresso) shots! ☕️

✨Party continues at Keene, 1-3pm, where we're putting together a rummage sale of sorts. Come pick up some dishware, baking items, and maybe even a Scot hat or two from his collection. Proceeds benefiting 🐶

🍰Wrap up the day at Keene, 3-6pm, with pizzas and panuozzi, and FREE CAKE! by baker Eva. Plus, barista Sarah will be donning her hat along with other club members and offering FLASH EMBROIDERY to go with your brand new Ethos merch!

We’re calling it’s the PCC! Pear Cardamom Crumble✨

In between light buttery layers of croissant, is a cardamom pear jam and a sprinkle of shortbread crumble. All rolled up and topped with powered sugar after baking.

Bake club is this Saturday, September 26 at 3pm at the Keene location! And the theme is apples! 🍎🍏

There are just a few rules:
🍎RSVP by “purchasing” a FREE ticket on our website (link in bio!) – this is so we can track numbers and prepare accordingly.
🍏Bring something you baked, inspired by the theme of the month.
🍎Bring the associated recipe for sharing (and also allergen awareness!)
🍏Our theme this month is: apples!
🍎Attendees will receive a 10% discount on a café beverage of choice.

🍁 BSL - Butternut spiced latte. Our take on the PSL, but it tastes just the same (maybe even better). Did you know that pumpkins and butternut come from the same squash family?🎃 (try it with our frosted shortbread cookie!)

Okay y'all....it's the moment you've been waiting for...🍂🍁⛅🎃 HAPPY AUTUMN EQUINOX!!

That means: Pumpkin Spice is here! We are actually calling ours a BSL = Butternut Spice Latte. ✨

Fact of the day: most canned pumpkin is actually butternut squash or some other winter squash variety. Pumpkin is, after all, in the winter squash family. 😎

We start our pumpkin/squash sauce with locally grown butternut squash, roasted til soft, pureed and simmered with loads of spices, sweetened condensed milk, and brown sugar. Add it to a latte, chai, whatever you want really. 💫
