It’s the weekend!! Yay!!

I have two orders of pizza crusts available today. 4 crusts per order. $12 per order. Keep them in the freezer until you want one. Thaw while you heat the oven, then top as desired and bake til done. No pizza stone required. (Instructions provided on the package. )

Let me know if you want an order. They are ready to be picked up now.

Happy Halloween everyone. I’ve had a few customers ask about ordering for Thanksgiving so I thought I would let everyone know that I will be busy with family starting on Tuesday that week. Consequently any orders will need to be picked up on Monday. Many of the items I bake freeze well and I can provide instructions on how to freeze and get them ready for your meal.

Good afternoon everyone. I hope you’re enjoying watching the Rangers and Astros battle for the division championship. Game 7 is tonight!

It’s good to have the kichen open again 😀. I had some orders to bake today (thank you to those who ordered from my website) and I have a couple of extra items available. There is a sourdough loaf for $7 and an order of 6 cherry hand pies for $12. Please let me know if you want either of these items.

Hi everyone. I’m going to try something new (for me anyway 🙂 ). I’m baking pizza crusts on Tuesday for a customer. If anyone else would like to piggyback this order and get some pizza crusts for you too please let me know by noon tomorrow (Monday, April 17).

Pizza crusts are par-baked, 11-12” in diameter, and $10 for four crusts. Keep them in the freezer until 30 minutes before baking. Instructions for baking are included on the package. No special pans or pizza stone required. Since they are par-baked you can slide them directly onto the oven or grill rack.

What a gorgeous day today! My baking is done now and I have five extra par-baked pretzels if anyone wants them. $10.
Just spritz with water and top with salt or the topping of your choice, then bake them 8 minutes at 450 degrees to enjoy fresh hot pretzels! Keep them in the freezer until a half-hour before you want them!
