Hi everyone. I’m going to try something new (for me anyway 🙂 ). I’m baking pizza crusts on Tuesday for a customer. If anyone else would like to piggyback this order and get some pizza crusts for you too please let me know by noon tomorrow (Monday, April 17).

Pizza crusts are par-baked, 11-12” in diameter, and $10 for four crusts. Keep them in the freezer until 30 minutes before baking. Instructions for baking are included on the package. No special pans or pizza stone required. Since they are par-baked you can slide them directly onto the oven or grill rack.

What a gorgeous day today! My baking is done now and I have five extra par-baked pretzels if anyone wants them. $10.
Just spritz with water and top with salt or the topping of your choice, then bake them 8 minutes at 450 degrees to enjoy fresh hot pretzels! Keep them in the freezer until a half-hour before you want them!

It’s almost Easter and I will be busy with orders this week. I don’t have time to make any other types of food, HOWEVER…

I am making three kinds of cake - carrot, Italian Cream, and chocolate caramel. I can accept orders for one more of each flavor. ($20 for 6”, $40 for 9”)

I am also making baguettes ($6 for two baguettes) and brötchen ($8 for 8 rolls) and can accept two more orders for each of these items.

Please let me know if you would like any of these items for Saturday late afternoon pickup. The deadline to order is Monday at midnight.
