I think they are beautiful and so fun to make! Especially since the colors are customizable to match your theme. It keeps things interesting for me. 🌹

I don't make massive two tiers like this ever. It's surprisingly not as difficult as I thought it would be and actually really fun to do. What does stress me out is how I might drop it because it is so big! 😆 so I really do stay away from these a lot of the times but I think I am overcoming my fear and actually want to attempt these more often because they are so fun to do!

What do I do with macarons that come out a little lopsided? Cut them in half and use them as cupcake toppers of course!

For the longest time, I always felt so wasteful if macarons weren't perfectly round because they wouldn't make the cut for customers so I'd usually give them to my family to eat.

Well times have changed! I love using them as cupcake toppers now because they add texture and look so cute! and let's be honest... who is going to deny macarons on a cupcake??? 😊️
