Serving size: 1 fat bomb,108 calories, 1.7 g net carbs, 1.4 g protein, 10 g fat
Ingredients
4 oz Butter, salted, softened
8oz Cream cheese, softened
10 Strawberries, small, chopped (100 g)

Directions
Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
Put mixture in freezer for 30 minutes.
Using a scoop or spoon, form into 12 balls & place on a baking pan.

‘And I Like It’ has been chosen as a Semi-Finalist for the 2023 Texas Job Creators Quest! This means we are in the running for a grant for $25,000!
The grant will be used to help us further along our path. I have recently moved into a new warehouse. The grant will help to obtain all of the general manufacturing certifications and making our sugar substitute production BIGGER AND BETTER!
If I am chosen as a Grant Finalist, I receive the opportunity to take a six week intensive course to fine-tune my business growth plans and further explore the jobs I can create along the way!
