This really is too good to be true. A passion that became a career, a career that turned into a business and now a business that is going to become a purpose. A purpose for me to go on, a purpose for me to give back, and a sign from God over 10 years ago to create an a non profit sector for Bake Me Beautiful. After loosing my dad I lost the will for life, for work, for even earning a living—I didn’t care about earning because it all seemed meaningless. There’s nothing in the world this business can monetarily bring me that would fill my cup. I decided it was time and Heaven up above was giving me the sign to stop dreaming and start living my purpose. In honor of my dad and his own battle with Cancer, Bake Me Beautiful’s Non Profit sector will be launching and inviting for community support soon. This will be an extension of my decade long non profit efforts with other families dealing with childhood cancer at in conjunction with families at . My 501c3 will officially be finalizing mid June on what will be my Birthday and Fathers Day weekend. I will still run my my business and bakery the same, this is just an extension of who I am, who Bake Me Beautiful really is, and what I know God’s been calling me for my own life’s purpose.
Thank you all for supporting me this far, for amazing festivals, great pop ups, dedicated customers, new faces who stop and visit the booth, my wedding cake couples, dessert catering orders and my Bake Me Beautiful cart originals supporting me day one from Dollahan Elementry! None of this would be possible without all of you.
The business has blessed me beyond measure and now I have the opportunity to make an impact through baked sweet gestures by providing cakes that I hope can bring comfort, encouragement and hope to families just like mine.
My Dad, my Angel, from the sky above, I hope you can see everything— every heart and every family we’re able to touch by showing love, support, and compassion through sweet acts of kindness inspired by your own journey and by the example of generosity you set as my father and instilled in me as your daughter💕
