Over the past months, I chose silence.
Not because I disappeared.
Not because I forgot what we built together.
But because life asked me to pause.

I went through a significant personal transition — one that required strength, reflection, and rebuilding from within. Sometimes growth comes wrapped in endings.

Instead of rushing back, I chose to take time.
Time to heal.
Time to learn.
Time to refine my craft.

I returned to France — the heart of the baking tradition I love so deeply — to deepen my knowledge, sharpen my techniques, and reconnect with my passion at its roots.

These months were not a setback.
They were preparation.
What moves me the most is this:
Even after two years, so many of you still reach out. You still ask when I’m coming back. You still remember the taste, the experience, the feeling.
That kind of loyalty is something I will never take for granted. 🤍
