Hello everybody!

My name is Emily, or Emi for short. A year ago I wanted to start baking my own sourdough bread. I was so excited that I bought everything I could need for it! I really wanted to make everything myself, so I tried to make my own sourdough starter. But I could never get it to work, so I put everything away thinking that I just didn’t have the knack for sourdough.

This year though, I decided to try again, and it worked!! I have two large jars of active sourdough that I’m very proud of. Now I bake goodies and share!

I hope to spread joy and warmth with these homemade goods, they’re baked with love!
