Friday Soup Update 🍲

We’re heading into the weekend with a full shop today!

Today’s hot soups:
• New England Clam Chowder
• Chicken Gnocchi
• Creamy Tomato Basil

We also have a limited number of cold quarts available from previous days:
• Wisconsin White Cheddar Cauliflower
• Loaded Baked Potato

Our pastry display case is full, our bread shelves are stocked, and there are plenty of easy options to grab for dinner tonight.

Pick up a quart of soup, add a fresh loaf of sourdough, and choose something sweet from the pastry case — dinner is done. ❤️

Okay, this might be one of the prettiest soups we’ve made. ❤️

Today we have our Shepherd’s Pie Potato Soup. A cozy, hearty soup made with seasoned ground beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, peas and corn in a savory beef broth finished with a little cream.

It has all those comforting shepherd’s pie flavors, is filling, and oh so good.

We also have today:

• Creamy Tomato Basil, with or without tortellini
• Classic Vegetable Minestrone, our allergy-friendly option, with ditalini noodles and Parmesan available on request

Cold quarts available today:
• New England Clam Chowder
• Loaded Baked Potato
• Wisconsin White Cheddar Cauliflower

Cold quarts are about 20% less than our hot quart price. Our remaining clam chowder will be frozen today to preserve quality, and we’ll make a fresh batch Friday for hot soup service.

And make sure to check our shelves today. The bakery shelves are stocked with lots of fresh bread and the bakery case is stocked with Strawberry Brioche Twists, Cinnamon Brioche Twists, Apple Pie Streusel Danish, plus Brown Butter Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookies, Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies, Brookies, and Cowboy Cookies.

We were hoping to have online ordering available this afternoon, but we’re having a few issues getting it turned on. So for now, just come on in! We have plenty available, and we’re here until 6 PM today.

We have quite a few cold quarts on hand, so we’re marking them down from $14.99 to $12 TODAY while supplies last.

Our Lasagna Soup was made Thursday and comes with the noodles and tomato-meat soup base, plus the ricotta cream mixture packaged separately. We recommend enjoying this on today or tomorrow. Good for 7 days after production.

The Chicken Gnocchi and New England Clam Chowder were made Friday and are great options to enjoy by this Thursday, or pop in the freezer for later.

Everything has been kept cold and properly stored—we’re simply discounting these because we like our refrigerated soups enjoyed within that 5–7 day fresh window, and we’d much rather send them home with you than have them go to waste. ❤️
