My customers have asked my why I started this venture. I tell them it goes back to being a child and remembering when my dad would bring home those warm bagels in that big paper bag from the local bagel maker. They were so perfect and warm and crispy. It's what I compare my product to. Those memories have led to a passion to bring that experience to as many people in the Reno area who never had that experience...
We deliver our bagels the same way. In brown paper bags and fresh.
I do that because it's what I know and want to share that old world experience to each order.

It takes a lot to get customers to tell you that I have forever ruined them with my bagels. I'm a native NYer and NJ guy who has been eating bagels his whole life.
It was so hard to find a decent bagel in town that I decided to make them myself. Friends begged me to start a business and share the secret.
