Fat bombs.
Basic Fat Bomb Recipe-
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup real butter
1/2 cup refined coconut oil
1 cup swerve powdered sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter (just peanuts & salt)
Melt butter and coconut oil, add all the rest of ingredients.
Add on ideas-
Pecans, unsweetened shredded coconut, sugar free choc chips, sunflower seeds, almonds.
