Big G’s Sugar Shack

09/12/2026

Today, Rhodes has the opportunity to honor those who served by cleaning veterans’ headstones as part of the Carry The Load nationwide 9/11 remembrance.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to teach Rhodes that remembrance is something we can actively participate in.

We remember. We honor. And we say thank you. 🇺🇸

🎒🍪 BACK TO SCHOOL, BIG G’S STYLE! 🍪🎒

Tomorrow is the first day of school, and Rhodes is SO excited to get back! New year, new adventures, seeing friends again… and, of course, an excuse to bake. ❤️

Today he’s in the kitchen making cookies to surprise teachers and friends with a little first-day-of-school treat. Because what better way to start a brand-new school year than by spreading a little kindness — preferably in cookie form? 🍪🥰

That’s always been the heart behind Big G’s Sugar Shack. We love BIG treats, but even more than that, we love finding little ways to make someone’s day a little sweeter.

And if you noticed Rhodes looking extra official in the kitchen today 👀👨‍🍳 — he’s sporting his new Big G’s Sugar Shack apron from our merch shop!

You can check out the Big G’s shop here:

Here’s to an amazing school year for all the students, teachers and school staff heading back! ✏️📚❤️

Be kind. Dream big. Bring cookies. 🍪

💜 From the Sugar Shack…to an amethyst mine in Canada! 🇨🇦⛏️

Big G is taking a little break from baking and making the most of these last few weeks of summer. ☀️

Rhodes wanted to pop in from our latest adventure to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, ordered treats, shared our posts, and supported his most recent dessert drop. Every order, kind word, and bit of encouragement means more to this kid than you know. ❤️

And because apparently cookies aren’t the only treasures he’s good at finding…check out the amethyst crystal he mined himself! 💜😂

Summer is winding down, so Rhodes has one request for all of you: get outside, have an adventure, and soak up these last couple weeks while you can.

The cookies will be waiting when we get back. 😉🍪

Bake Big. Dream Bigger. And don’t forget to have a little fun along the way. ❤️

🍪 THE CART IS OPEN! 🍪

We had some goodies left after last night’s pop-up, and Rhodes decided that was a pretty good reason to open the cart today!

And this one is a little extra exciting because it’s our FIRST cart at our temporary location! 🎉

📍 233 S. Locust Street in Reedsburg
Right across from the library!

Rhodes recorded today’s official cart update himself — fair warning, the camera work is… enthusiastic. 😂 If you get a little dizzy, just focus on the important part: TREATS.

We’ve got a limited amount of leftovers from last night, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Stop by, grab something sweet, and help us break in the new Big G’s cart location. ❤️🍪

Bake Big. Dream Bigger.
And as always, thanks for helping this kid keep spreading a little kindness — one treat at a time. ❤️

PSA: cookie cutters can get through TSA security! Well, these particular ones can. We forgot to move them from our backpack into checked luggage and thought they might be goners….Rhodes can’t wait to make fruit pizzas with his sister for the 4th of July!
