Return To Tradition Sourdough Homemade Sourdough in Reeds Spring, MO 🌾 I won't go into details about that lol, but my body felt horrible. So much that I went to do a gluten allergy test.

It was about 3 years ago when I started realizing that store bought bread products and restaurant bread products were making me feel sick. It came back negative and that's when I was told about "gluten sensitivity". I then went on a sometimes-torturous gluten free diet, then long story short I realized that real Sourdough wasn't making me feel bad. So I went down the rabbit hole about the benefits

of sourdough and the harm that commercial bread products can cause because of the ingredients in them. Since then I have been making my own sourdough, with my own made starter, and I haven't had one issue! It wasn't gluten sensitivity, IMO it was the ingredients in the commercial bread products. Turns out this is more common than I knew. Now I share my baked goods with everyone and what I've learned along the way. Breads, muffins, cookies, pasta, etc. Everything I make is Sourdough.
