Happy 1st birthday

Today marks 365 days of sobriety for my husband. I’m so incredibly proud of him!

It’s been a complex journey, time of healing, a year of discovery and most of all consistency and showing up.

We have learned so much over this past year, about ourselves, our family and each other. Crazy enough, it has been a huge gift in our lives and it has pushed us to work on ourselves and grow as individuals and in our family.

I’m so proud of you Mike! We look forward to celebrating you tonight!

These chocolate covered almond butter stuffed dates are literally heaven on earth!! They are perfectly sweet, chewy, and highly addictive!

Chocolate Covered Almond Butter Dates:
10 medjool dates
1/4 cup creamy almond butter
2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup
Sea salt to finish

Remove pits from dates by cutting lengthwise. Stuff about 1 tsp of almond butter inside each date and freeze for 30 mins. Heat chocolate& coconut oil until smooth, coat dates and immediately sprinkle with salt-freeze for at least 30mins. Transfer to the fridge and consume!

Two ingredient GF bagels! I stumbled across this recipe from and I had to try it out!

I’m a bagel lover myself and I can’t wait to make them again!

Her recipe:
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 cups almond flour
(Optional egg wash & seasonings, I used EBTB seasoning from )

Mix yogurt & almond flour together, poke a whole in the middle. Add egg wash and seasonings and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30mins.
