Frau Schmidt cupcakes & Dreams is a registered Cottage Food Operation - a small home based bakery. My registration number is LA19E150016, issued by the County of Los Angeles Public Health Department. I create not only delicious but unique and customizable cupcakes, cookies and cakes for any occasion. I only use fresh and non processed ingredients ensuring baked from scratch quality goodness, your friends and family will appreciate.
