Welcome to LA Fornaia!!! Roman style and with a 🫓☀️🌺 .
We use a special blend of all flours, and let them slowly ferment over 48 hrs. This creates a gorgeous, light, crispy and bubbly focaccia just like they used to make “once upon a time” in . The process of is great for and makes this bread easier to digest for many people. The long, natural fermentation has also been found to release nutrients like iron, zinc, magnesium, B vitamins, and even . While this product is not gluten free, many people with gluten intolerance can enjoy long fermented breads without the tummy troubles of its commercially produced, quick rise, instant yeast counterparts.

What dreams are made of! This Roman style aka focaccia is a bread that uses all organic ingredients: Flour, water, salt, and extra virgin olive oil.
We say are bread is (meaning super leavened in Italian) because it rises for over 48 hrs before being cooked. No instant yeast here. We use only live, bubbly, active or in all our breads and pizzas to get the perfect flavor and texture. Bonus: all the health and digestive benefits of the long fermentation!!!
