Summer is off to a fantastic start ☀️
I haven't been as active with posting these last couple of weeks because my family came first, while we got to enjoy some very important moments together, and now life is slowly getting back to normal!
Here's a little bakery update🥰
This month, I officially became a licensed gluten-free bakery! 🎉 This means I am no longer operating under cottage law-and my home bakery is now inspected and state-licensed!
You can currently find Frosted GF Delights at these amazing retail locations in Central Oregon (which I absolutely love working with each week 🩷):

In addition to these delivery locations, my Frosted Friday preorders continue to grow each week. Keep in mind that while you have access to my products in stores all week long, Frosted Friday offers these products at their freshest and best.
Only two of my stores carry the mini cakes-would you like to see these available in more stores again? If so, where?
Because of the overwhelming support and volume of orders I am receiving, I'm not actively looking to add any more weekly retail locations right now-that said, if the right opportunity comes along, I'm always open to a conversation. 🙌
I recently added Farmhouse Hand Pies to the menu, and you all are LOVING them. 😋 🥧
Other favorites have been my classic cinnamon rolls, yeast-raised donuts, and of course-cookies, creme pies and mini cakes. 🩷 I think it's time to scale back and focus on the products you love the most. I'll slowly be phasing out a few things so you might see some not so common items on the menu while I use up the last of some ingredients.
For now, I'm going to keep doing what I love while also soaking up summer with my family.
I truly can't believe where this journey has taken me, how much this business has grown, and how it continues to grow. Thank you for being here, supporting this dream, and allowing me to feed you from my gluten-free heart. 😂🩷
