We'll be hanging up our aprons and tucking away our spatulas as we close on December 31, 2014.

I'll be spending more time on myself and with the family. We'll miss our loyal customer's visiting us, with all their excitement and big smiles coming through the door.

Unfortunately its going to be awhile longer to get back into the kitchen. Doctors haven't given me a release date. Those of you that already placed orders, no need to worry. Chef Zach has been helping out with existing orders in between his long hours at the Ritz Carlton of Dallas. He's been such a sport, we love you Chef Zach!!!

Lets try this again... Hopefully this post will reach everyone this time. Due to an injury followed by surgeries Icing will not be open and begin taking orders again until September. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Some of you have been successful in reaching us. Those of you that have not gotten a response from us, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience. This has been frustrating for us as well. For weeks now we continue to get prompted to change our passwords to emails. We have been experiencing being locked out of our emails as well as our Icing FB page. We have just changed passwords once again, praying this is the last time and everything will continue to function properly. As we opened our email found oodles of cake and cookie order request in spam folders. Will answer emails as soon as we can in between baking and decorating in the kitchen. Phone messages have been static and echoie. We have not been able to return calls, as we do have caller ID now. When there is a malfunction in technology we are lost, in the world we live today technology is so important.

Someone has just mentioned to me that all our Facebook postings are not being posted from us and from you. Have heard that Facebook is wanting business's to pay for fb postings. Sorry if Facebook has ignored any of your post. Not sure if this new info is true or not. We will not be open for individual sales this week or next week. Our schedule for the month of May has been pretty full. We are working on getting all our emails. messages answered and finalizing orders as we are able to open them. Strange things have been happening in cyber world. Be safe out there in the rain today!

We will not be open this week for individual sales. Our little kitchen is too small to fill all our custom orders and keep the front case filled. We will be covered in flour, butter and chocolates. By Saturday we will be cookie and caked out and ready to hang our aprons up. Have a Sweet Week!!!
