On Monday, April 8, we’ll be open from 12 to 5 pm for those interested in viewing the solar eclipse from the farm—and will be here making pizza! The eclipse will be partial here in Red Hook, with the peak of the eclipse happening at 3:26 pm. Remember your eclipse-viewing glasses! We’ll have a limited supply of glasses to borrow, but please bring your own if you have them.

This Friday, will be at the farm serving up delicious smoked meat, sides, and specials. On Saturday and Sunday, will be making Greek-inspired fare, and will have your ice cream needs covered.
