I got a few orders today so I will have some bread up for grabs!

Original sourdough - three loaves available - $6 each
Wonder Bread - one loaf available -$6
Cinnamon raisin - one loaf available - $8

I've also been experiment with open baking! The loaves are turning out amazing! I can't work to show pictures!

I have a few ingredients I need to get used up, so I will be baking up several loaves of quick breads.

Banana Bread - 4 loaves available
Pumpkin Bread - 4 loaves available
Zucchini Bread - 8 loaves available

All are baked in an 8x4 loaf pan.
Plain is $8 each. Added ingredients (walnuts or raisins) are $9 each.

I'd like to take a moment and thank all of you who supported my little home bakery, whether at the Red Cloud Farmers Market or ordering from me directly. I appreciate each and every one of you and I hope you all enjoyed the baked goods you received!

We are in the works of trying to come up with a stand or trailer that we can stock with baked goods for you to continue purchasing.

In the mean time, I do take orders, so if there is anything you need, feel free to reach out and make a request! I generally have some extras, so keep watching for those posts as well!

I love getting these special orders! Today it was cinnamon sugar donuts. It's been a hot minute since I made donuts and today I remembered why! They go right to your waist line! 🤣🤣🤣

They are even T approved and he said they're better than Casey's!

The last Red Cloud Farmers Market will be this evening from 5-7pm. I will be there with lots of bread!

We tested out the pumpkin and it turned out good! Has some spice in it and it smells amazing! I like it with cream cheese; hubby likes it with cream cheese frosting. So many possibilities on how to enjoy this bread!

Good morning! I've been working on some recipes this week and time slipped away from me!

I will be at the Red Cloud Farmers Market this evening with bread!

My apologies, but due to the issues at my full time job, bread did not turn out this week. I unfortunately will not be attending the Red Cloud Farmers Market this evening. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I do have some wonder bread and cinnamon raisin that dis turn out if anyone is interested in those.

Doughzilla got a new home!

Well, her mutant off-spring did anyway. When feeding my sourdough to get ready for baking, and needing about 3k grams, it was getting to be a bit much having 7 or 8 jars just to make sure they didn't blow over on the counter. This is so much nicer!

Doughzilla really looks small next to this one!

Working on next weeks menu and I am soooo excited!

Last week went really well and I ran out of a few things. I intend to have more of what I ran out of!

I'm trying a new bread that I think will go over well. Italian parmesan. I think it will pair nicely with spaghetti or a grilled pepperoni and cheese. I may just have to save all of you and keep it for myself! 🤤
