Bread baking on Sunday evening! It's supposed to be chilly, so it will be a good day to bake! Several orders came in and I will have the following available:

Plain Sourdough, 2 loaves, $5 - 1 sold
Jalapeno Cheddar, 2 loaves, $6
Jalapeno Habebaro Pepperjack, 2 loaves, $6
Cranberry Walnut, 1 loaf. $6 - SOLD

I will also have Cinnamon rolls. 6/$10. They are big, just 6 takes up a 9x11 foil pan!

All orders will be ready for delivery Monday afternoon.

Jalapeno Pepperjack Habernaro. My taste testers say this one is better than Jalapeno Cheddar! Sorry it looks squished. It traveled with us and was still warm when we dug in! 🤣

Order for cinnamon rolls this weekend. Anyone want any? I'll have 2 pans available, 1 dozen, $15.

Banana bread has been a hot commodity these days. 8x5 loaf, $8

I've been working on better schedule/planning that doesn't keep me up all night! 🤣

Yesterday I started cinnamon raisin, jalapeno cheddar and sandwich bread.
Baked the cinnamon and jalapeno this morning, sandwich bread this afternoon.
All turned out *almost* perfect.!

Recipes perfected. A bit of work to do on shaping, but these all look, and taste, amazing!

Now that the holidays are over, back to our regular programming!

Saturday was testing and baking day. We made the usual jalapeno cheddar. Practiced cinnamon raisin which came out lovely. Tried a sourdough sandwich bread that was a flop. Cinnamon raisin scones that are almost like Hardee's cinnamon raisin biscuits. And tried Baklava for the first time. It wasn't as pretty as others, but it tastes amazing!

A big thank you to everyone else who has supported me throughout the year! Holiday Trays went over well. Now all the bowls are put away and the ovens are off while I enjoy Christmas with family.
