Doughzilla got a new home!

Well, her mutant off-spring did anyway. When feeding my sourdough to get ready for baking, and needing about 3k grams, it was getting to be a bit much having 7 or 8 jars just to make sure they didn't blow over on the counter. This is so much nicer!

Doughzilla really looks small next to this one!

Working on next weeks menu and I am soooo excited!

Last week went really well and I ran out of a few things. I intend to have more of what I ran out of!

I'm trying a new bread that I think will go over well. Italian parmesan. I think it will pair nicely with spaghetti or a grilled pepperoni and cheese. I may just have to save all of you and keep it for myself! 🤤

I am accepting preorders if you know what you'd like! This ensures you get the items you want and not risk missing out.

New item added! Honey Oat bread. Great for sandwiches or toasted with PB or honey!

May have more surprise items, pending time of course. :)

I've been craving a honey oat bread, so thought I'd give it a shot.

Oh my! This one hit the spot and it was amazing!

I just want to thank everyone for your support!

Red Cloud Farmers Market yesterday was great! It was a beautiful evening and you all definitely showed up! I came home with 4 loaves of bread and 1 bag of cookies. I can definitely handle that! 🤣

Next week school starts, but Im still going to do my best to get ready for the next market! Have a wonderful week!
