Half French vanilla with the rich buttercream frosting and half chocolate with fudge frosting. Cake was decorated with the rich buttercream frosting. Gold colored sugar was under the white chocolate cross.

Rose had 2 cakes for her 100th birthday!!!!
One was the chocolate cake and one was a French vanilla. The rich buttercream icing was used between the layers and for decorating.

If you have never had German chocolate cake with the made from scratch icing you are missing out! That's all I can say.
