I wouldn’t be an honest baker if I didn’t show you my “oops” as well… soo experiment take two was amazing and also a fail at the same time.. next round it will be perfected.. this flavor was incredible BUT I left it in the oven about 5 min too long and the caramelized sugar on the bottom burnt 😳 but soon enough - this will be a new item added to the menu!!

What do I do when I have extra dough (what I didn’t get to make for the Manton Apple Festival) EXPERIMENT!!!

Loading……. Jumbo cinnamon rolls…. I’m hoping these still come out the same ooey gooey texture as my original ones.. I’m are also experimenting with NEW FLAVORS… we shall see how the science 🧪 🧫 experiment goes today 😂

Stay tuned to find out whether they were an epic fail or a great success!! We could potentially be adding (again 😂) to our menu!

Something not bakery related - here’s what you can find us doing some nights for dinner-

The girls have been becoming more and more interested in how to bake/cook. I believe it is so important to hand these skills down to our kiddos.. these are not only moments they will cherish and create core memories with BUT they are learning an amazing skill.. how to feed their families someday with a little extra love and know what is in their food.. our whole meal was home made tonight, including the sauce ❤️🙌
