These turned out SO SO good 🤤

(These particular ones are yeast made NOT sourdough. I am working on my sourdough ones but we just haven’t made it there yet 🤪)t

After a month off, I am ready to start taking orders again 🫶

When I’m baking for my family, I 100% will use tea towels to cover my doughs. But when I’m baking for customers, I want to take every precaution that a child won’t poke the dough, or that I used a tea towel that possibly fell on the floor … so a hack that has helped so much to keep some moisture but also protect from the chaos, using a damp paper towel and covering it with a lid.

Moisture locked in but protection from the chaotic little finger that just want so bad to play with the dough on my counter tops 😍
