Pictures of today’s beach adventure with my kids and dog, unrelated to scones, in hopes that this post is seen! 🌊 ☀️
First I just want to say seriously, from the bottom of my heart, thank you to EVERYONE who has supported me but a special shout out to my little hometown of Deerfield, NH, the community that supported me, empowered me and built self-confidence enough to do something crazy like start a business. That is something I can never repay you for, but all I can say is thank you.
I’ve been juggling this side business on top of my full time painting business and being a mother for quite some time now, and I’m ready for something to give.
I won’t be renewing my annual business license, and I’m going to put the Scone Queen in a dark room, cover her up, and let her rise for some time! 🤪🥰🍞🥖🥨
Maybe a bakery is in my future some day, I sure hope so! Because I’d love to have the opportunity to show y’all what can really do in the kitchen, and bake you thangs that I can’t do currently as a license exempt baker. But until then, farewell my friends, and thanks for coming on this wild ride with me! 👸 👩‍🍳 💗

The last few sheets of scones were coming out of the oven when I took this pic this morning when the sun was just starting to filter in through my unhinged houseplants.
I didn’t quite sell out today, but it was well worth the effort and the best part was I got to catch up with one of my best friends who came along with me for the crazy ride. She showed up this morning as I was starting to lose brain cells 🤪, rolled up her sleeves and got busy! Shoutout Tiffiny! Valentines is for the girlsss! 😂💪🏻💗😘 love you all, catch ya over the summer
