Today is the day! I am organizing ALL of my cake stuff and getting these cabinets cleaned out! That way I can make some really great cakes this week, without the frustration of trying to find everything!

Got the privilege of making a whole bunch of goodies for a bridal shower my good friend, Rhonda, is hosting today! Bride and Groom cupcakes, lemon bars, and chocolate dipped strawberries! Will post pics later of the extremely cute cupcakes!

I have bread everyone! I have some sourdough, cinnamon swirl, and Italian herb bread that is a little old -- reduced prices on it! Come by and get some! Otherwise I am making AWESOME french bread from it!!!

Been really busy lately, everyone! You ought to come by the bakery in Hardy and check out my new "product" called cuppies. It's a cupcake layered with frosting. Quite yummy. :-) I have chocolate, pina colada, and strawberry lemonade flavors!

Making some brownies this afternoon, just for fun, just for us. My 6-year-old exclaimed, "YUMMMMM!!!!! Brownies are GOOD for us, too!" Our neighbor, a 9-year-old, said, "Ummm. I don't think so." HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
