Hi everyone! If you placed an order for this year’s graduation cake with us prior our closing Linzee’s, we will honor those orders. Please, get in touch with Linda or me asap, so we can discuss flavors, colors, design. We no longer keep a stock of ingredients or decorating essentials so it is inportant that we have the details six weeks before you need your cake, to ensure we are able to order any specialty ingredients and and/or decorating supplies which may be needed. Below are graduation cakes we have done in the past (for inspiration but feel free to choose your own designs). Cake flavors are White, Vanilla, Chocolate, half vanilla/half chocolate, chocolate and vanilla marble, yellow, lemon, strawberry, German chocolate, red velvet, and blue velvet (tastes like red but it’s blue). Available icing is whipped and only comes in vanilla (I purchase and color choice is limited), confectioners (uses no butter) or American Buttercream in vanilla, chocolate, black cocoa (kind of like Oreo flavored), strawberry, lemon and white chocolate.
